THE BUSINESS
What you would be running
A parcel counter on a network that already has the buses, the routes and the customers moving through it.
They travel on scheduled buses
Not your problem to move. Parcels go out on the NueGo services already running through your town, and the manifest is raised in the app.
You earn on every one
Commission on what you book, a share of the booking charge, and a crossing fee on parcels that merely pass through your city.

How you earn
Three separate streams, paid on every consignment. These are the live rates, not an introductory offer.
Commission on the carriage
The carriage is what the parcel costs to move — distance by chargeable weight. It is the bulk of what the customer pays.

To Pay pays you more because the cash is collected at the other end and you booked it anyway — the work of finding the customer was still yours.
Your share of the extra charges
Loading, unloading, packing, door delivery — work your staff does beyond carrying the parcel. You price it at the counter and add it to the consignment.

Because your branch did the work, the larger half is yours on a Paid booking. It is not the way-bill charge — that is a flat fee of head office's, and no commission is taken from it either way.
Crossing fees
A parcel booked elsewhere that changes bus in your city. Your staff move it across; the fee for doing so is your branch's.
100%of the crossing fee
You did not book it and you will not deliver it, and it still pays you. Every route through your town is earning.
A 1% TDS is withheld from commission, as the law requires, and shows on every report. Luggage (self booking) and flat-tariff consignments are settled whole and carry no commission.
